If your assigned Meredana physician determines that you are not an appropriate candidate for a specific treatment or medication, you will receive a full refund.

What if I need a higher dose?

– If your treatment requires a dosage increase, simply discuss it with your Meredana physician during your follow-up check-in.
– There are no additional price increases as your dosage is adjusted under our standard treatment plans.

How does shipping work?

All prescriptions are filled and shipped from an accredited U.S. pharmacy.
Your medication will arrive in temperature-controlled packaging with ice packs and is typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the time your prescription is approved and written.

Can I cancel at any time?

To request cancellation, please email admin@meredana.com and include the word CANCEL in the subject line. A member of our support team will confirm your cancellation request and assist you with the process.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Once you enroll in the program, you may cancel at any time. Programs are billed on a monthly basis, and as long as your cancellation request is submitted before your next renewal date, you will not be charged for the upcoming month.
