01. Returns
We cannot accept returns of prescription products. All sales are final. If you think there was an error
with your prescription medication, please contact info@meredana.com.
02. Insurance backed GLP-1 Policy
The GLP-1 subscription can be cancelled at any time. If you are not a candidate or approved for
GLP-1 medication, your subscription will be cancelled, and we will work with you to find another
solution. The subscription fees already paid cannot be refunded, all sales are final.
03. Subscription policy
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time prior to next renewal. The subscription cannot be
refunded, all sales are final.
04. Diagnostic labs policy
All diagnostic lab sales and lab subscription sales are final and cannot be refunded.
